Everyone I have been in contact with was very nice. Robert came to check water spot damage on my floor in a condo, however he explained he didn't provide this repair service. I had the pleasure of working with Robert and his sister this month. Robert came in and assessed our new house and the state of the floors. He very clearly explained options and showed me different stains and ideas. We decided to have them sanded and repaired with 3 coats of finish put on to protect them from our dog. Robert was a dream to work with, so kind, respectful and transparent about everything. The floors look great and the price was very fair for the work. J'ai appeler cette compagnie pour obtenir un avis sur une réparation, déjà en cours, de mon plancher bois franc.  Robert a prit le temps de comprendre la situation, me donner les explications et aussi me conseiller davantage. J'ai beaucoup apprecier son altruisme car il n'avait rien a gagner et a prit 15 minutes de son temps à m'aider sans vouloir une compensation à la fin (donc j'ai offert). Merci encore Robert et pour la prochaine job, je vais vous choisir comme compagnie. 😊
